Who are the members of the Executive Committee?

The Rev. Crawford is the Chair of the Executive Committee, comprised of staff members Diane Stepakof-Fay and Chris Jarman, and church members Sam Foss, Laura Berryman, and Marc Zawrotny.

Who is going to do what?

The Board of Trustees has established five ministries with the goal of increasing involvement of all members in the church and accomplishing our Vision and Mission. The Executive Committee will be responsible for seeing that enacted policies and programs are carried out by staff and volunteers through these ministries, and seeks to empower and equip team leaders. We are responsible for keeping the Board of Trustees apprised of all progress.

Mission Statement:

To oversee the day to day operations of Live Oak UU, making decisions based on the policies established by the Board of Trustees.

Elected Leadership

Each position on the Board of Trustees is elected by church members at a congregational meeting. The Board handles policy related decisions, and has the fiduciary responsibilities of the church.
