Stock up for Meaty May!

Live Oak's food ministry recently learned that Hill Country Community Ministries' (HCCM) food pantry needs some specific items, so we're kicking off our new Monthly Food Focus with "Meaty May." Next time you're at HEB, Costco, or wherever you get your groceries, remember to pick a can--or lots of cans! --of meat: SPAM, Vienna Sausages, chili, etc. Vegan and vegetarian proteins like beans or tofu items are welcome, too. HCCM doesn't need tuna, but any other shelf-stable meat is welcome. Drop off your donations in the bin in the Welcome Center and help feed our hungry neighbors.
